Philipp M. Ludwig
PhD Candidate in Economics at KU Leuven
Welcome to my personal website.
I am a PhD Candidate at the Department of Economics at KU Leuven.
During the academic year 2022–2023 I visited Georgetown University (host: Sharat Ganapati).
My research interests span from international trade to environmental and spatial economics.
In my work I explore how production, transport and ownership networks shape the formation of supply chains, CO2 emissions and the spatial distribution of economic activity.
My research agenda is supported by a fellowship from the Research Foundation Flanders (FWO).
News:
I am on the 2024/2025 academic job market. Take a look at my job market paper or CV for more information.
